Bylaws, Policies & Procedures Committee

Duties include... • Reviews the chambers bylaws as needed for updates • Ensures that the chamber board follows and upholds the bylaws correctly • Makes recommended changes of the bylaws to the board which are ultimately submitted to the investors for voting • To create and maintain policies & procedures of the Chamber of Commerce as needed • To review and update policies & procedures of the Chamber of Commerce periodically • To create and maintain employee policies & procedures as needed • To review and update employee policies & procedures periodically
