Farmington, MO – St. Francois County Community Partnership is proud to partner with the Missouri Coalition Against Trafficking and Exploitation (MoCATE) to present Human Trafficking 101 — a free, in-person training aimed at raising awareness and equipping the community with foundational knowledge of human and sex trafficking issues.
This informative training will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the Weber Road Facility, 1101 Weber Road, Suite 102, Farmington, MO, with two sessions available:
-
Morning Session: 10:00 AM
-
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM
Led by Eryn Boarders of MoCATE, the session will provide attendees with essential insights into how trafficking impacts our local community and what can be done to recognize and respond to it.
“This training helps break the misconceptions about trafficking and brings the conversation into our own backyards,” said Dawn Sander, Community Partnership Coordinator.
Each session is limited to 25 seats, and registration is required by Thursday, August 8. To reserve your spot, please email Dawn Sander at dawn@sfccp.org.
Human trafficking is a $150 billion industry and is the second most profitable crime worldwide, just behind drug trafficking. Don’t miss this opportunity to become better informed and be part of the solution.
