Fall has officially arrived in Downtown Park Hills, and with it comes one of the community’s favorite seasonal traditions, the Seventh Annual Main Street Scarecrow Contest! Each year, businesses, organizations, and individuals showcase their creativity and community spirit by decorating Downtown Park Hills with handmade scarecrows.
