Multi-Chamber Ribbon Cutting Celebrates New Mineral Area College Facility


Park Hills, MO – August 15, 2024 – The Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce, along with the Farmington Regional, Bonne Terre, and Desloge Chambers, proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony today to celebrate the grand opening of the new Mineral Area College Automotive Technology & Cardinal Center building. This state-of-the-art facility is located on the campus of Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Missouri.

The new 100,000-square-foot building is a significant addition to the college, featuring a modern automotive shop, multiple classrooms, and the versatile Cardinal Center event space. This expansion will enable Mineral Area College to enhance its career and technical education offerings, providing students with cutting-edge resources and learning environments.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by community leaders, educators, students, and representatives from various chambers of commerce. The event highlighted the collaborative efforts to support educational advancements and economic growth in the region.
