The Park Hills – Leadington Chamber of Commerce joined the Desloge Chamber of Commerce and Bonne Terre Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, February 18th, to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the new Orthopedics X-Ray Suite at Parkland Health Center.
The ceremony, held on the third floor of the Farmington facility, welcomed hospital leadership, orthopedic physicians and surgeons, Chamber representatives, and community members to commemorate this important addition to regional healthcare services.
The new Orthopedics X-Ray Suite represents a continued investment in advanced diagnostic imaging technology designed to enhance orthopedic care for patients throughout St. Francois County and surrounding communities. By expanding access to specialized imaging services, Parkland Health Center aims to improve efficiency in diagnosis and treatment planning for patients experiencing injuries, joint conditions, and other musculoskeletal concerns.
During the event, physicians and hospital leadership shared remarks highlighting the impact the new suite will have on patient care and overall service delivery. Following the formal ribbon cutting, attendees toured the updated space and celebrated this milestone alongside healthcare professionals and community partners.
