Jan Angeles, DO

Dr. Jan Angeles is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. He provides a broad range of preventive services, including physicals, well-woman exams, screenings, and immunizations. He treats illnesses, injuries, and manages conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), arthritis, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety.

Dr. Angeles offers comprehensive care grounded in open communication and a strong patient-provider relationship built on mutual trust. He emphasizes the importance of preventive care, personalized health goals, maintaining an active lifestyle, and regular health screenings to promote overall wellness.

Kayla Harshman, MD

Dr. Kayla Harshman is a pediatrician who treats patients starting at birth to age 25. She provides preventive health care services, including newborn wellness exams, well-child visits, sick visits, and vaccinations. Conditions she treats include acute and chronic illnesses, mild to moderate asthma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, obesity, developmental delays, and eczema. She also provides contraception placement and removal.

Dr. Harshman is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to all children. She fosters a welcoming, open, and accepting environment, ensuring that her patients and their families are well informed about their child’s condition. Dr. Harshman encourages patients to adopt healthy lifestyles through evidence-based medical recommendations. She also has experience caring for children with complex medical needs and disabilities.

Madelyn Dulin, MD

Dr. Madelyn Dulin is a pediatrician who treats patients from birth through age 21. She provides preventive health care services, including well-baby visits, school and sports physicals, adolescent and young adult care, sick visits, and vaccinations. Conditions she treats include acute and chronic illnesses, allergies, behavioral health concerns, eczema, and other skin issues.

Dr. Dulin enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and building long-term relationships with them. She finds it deeply rewarding to watch children grow from newborns to early adulthood, sharing in their milestones and significant life moments along the way.

Lauren Ostler, MD

Dr. Lauren Ostler is an OB-GYN who treats patients of all ages. She provides comprehensive gynecologic care, including well-woman exams, cervical cancer screenings, contraception counseling and management, and treatment for abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), pelvic pain, fibroids, and postmenopausal bleeding. Dr. Ostler uses advanced surgical techniques to perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries. She provides low- and high-risk obstetric care, delivers babies, and provides postpartum care.

Dr. Ostler's approach to care is patient-centered and evidence-based. She prioritizes patient education and encourages shared decision-making. She values the relationships she develops with her patients and ensures her practice is a supportive environment for them.
