Established in May 2019, Terry Populis Construction, LLC is a locally owned, family-operated construction company headquartered in Park Hills, Missouri. Serving clients throughout Southeast Missouri, the company combines extensive industry experience, specialized equipment, and a highly trained workforce to complete projects safely, efficiently, and economically.

Populis Construction provides excavation, environmental remediation, concrete construction, heavy equipment operation, on-road hauling, pipe fabrication, site preparation, general construction, and related contracting services. Its team is equipped to manage projects ranging from smaller construction needs to complex, large-scale industrial and environmental projects in challenging work environments.

The company’s experience includes landfill construction and expansion, residential and industrial site remediation, concrete sumps and enclosures, culvert crossings, spillway construction, underground rail systems, drainage improvements, grading, liner installation, leachate collection systems, trucking, and material placement.

Populis Construction’s owners have provided contracting services to The Doe Run Company since 2009. The company has completed projects for mining and milling operations, remediation programs, soil and land services, battery recycling facilities, legacy sites, and other industrial locations. Team members possess specialized training and certifications that include MSHA surface and underground training, OSHA HAZWOPER training, commercial driver’s licenses, and pipe-fitting credentials.
