Peak Clubhouse Performance & Development is an indoor baseball and softball training facility in Leadington, Missouri, dedicated to helping young athletes train, grow, and compete at a higher level. Founded by Richard Lewis, Peak serves boys and girls ages 5–19 with year-round opportunities designed to develop athletic skills, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a lasting love for the game.

The facility features seven indoor batting cages, pitching lanes, pitching machines, and a large turf training area. Athletes can work on hitting, pitching, fielding, throwing, conditioning, and overall game development in a dedicated space protected from changing weather conditions.

Peak Clubhouse offers private and small-group lessons, batting-cage and pitching-tunnel rentals, team practices, camps, clinics, and structured baseball and softball training. Teams can reserve indoor space for focused practices, while individual athletes can receive personalized instruction tailored to their age, experience, position, and development goals.

Membership options provide athletes and families with additional opportunities to train consistently throughout the year. Whether an athlete is learning the fundamentals, preparing for school or travel-team competition, or working to reach the next level, Peak Clubhouse provides a positive, encouraging environment where young players can develop their abilities.
