Geile Health, LLC is a privately owned family healthcare practice serving Park Hills and the surrounding Mineral Area. Led by Shawn Geile, APRN, FNP-BC, the practice operates in collaboration with Midwest Medical Practitioners to provide accessible, personalized healthcare close to home.

Shawn brings decades of nursing and patient-care experience to the practice. His background includes medical-surgical care, intensive and progressive care, skilled nursing, gastroenterology and family medicine. He earned his nursing degree from Mineral Area College, a bachelor’s degree from Central Methodist University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University.

Geile Health welcomes patients ages 8 and older for primary care services, routine checkups, physicals, evaluation and treatment of illnesses, management of ongoing health concerns and general wellness support. Telehealth appointments may also be available for qualifying visits.
