Position Summary: As our Office Manager, you'll oversee office operations and provide administrative support to different teams. Your strong multitasking skills, initiative, and ability to collaborate will be key to maintaining a well-organized, compliant, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and assist front office staff.
- Coordinate administrative duties and ensure proper department coverage.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and cost-effective purchasing for non-production departments.
- Assist with compliance and documentation support for customers and vendors.
- Stay current on industry updates and assist with material regulations
- Oversee international logistics and manage cost efficiencies.
- Manage travel arrangements and assist with event coordination.
- Maintain supply inventories for non-production departments, including marketing materials.
- Support, manage, and coordinate sales and marketing campaign initiatives.
- Liaison with insurance company to support customer requests for certificates of insurance
- Handle ad hoc projects and initiatives for various departments.
