Trivia Day Contest for Gib Collins

Trivia DAY Contest!

All money raised will go towards funeral expenses of former KFMO/B104 employee, Gib Collins.

Sunday, November 22, 2015.  Doors open at 1:00 p.m., trivia begins at 1:30 p.m.
Cost is $100 per table.  Maximum of 10 players per table.

Lunch, provided by Save-A-Lot, includes a Bratwurst, Hamburger, or Hot Dog Plate, and will be available when the doors open and through out the contest for $5.00 a plate.  No alcohol will be served or permitted at the event.

To register your team, come by the KFMO/B104 Office at 804 St. Joe Drive in Park Hills, or mail in the registration form and your payment to PO Box 36, Park Hills, MO, 63601.

The event includes a Silent Auction (including many unique items & gift certificates), a 50/50 Raffle, & Door Prizes
