The Firecracker Run Committee will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2019, in the PARK HILLS COUNCIL CHAMBERS located at 10 Municipal Drive (right next door to the Chamber Office).
This will be our last meeting before the event! Please make every effort to attend!
The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:
- Determining & marking the courses
- Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
- Choosing a t-shirt design
- Ordering awards
- Promoting the event
- Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
- Other duties as needed
