In June, we are honored to be welcoming Representative Kevin Engler as our guest speaker! Representative Engler will be giving us a recap of the most recent legislative session.
About our presenter: Representative Kevin Engler, a Republican, represents part of St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, and Perry counties (District 116). He was elected to his first two-year term in 2002. He was then elected to the Senate in 2004 and re-elected in 2008. He served as the Majority Floor Leader for the Senate from 2009 to 2010. He was then re-elected to the House in 2012.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Engler is a registered representative for Edward Jones. He also served six years as Mayor of Farmington, Mo., and one year on the city council.
Born June 23, 1959, in Festus, Representative Engler resides in Farmington with his wife, Chris. They have four children: Aimeé, Daniel, Andrew, and Joseph, and two grandchildren: Max and Basil.
