A meeting of the Installation Banquet Planning Committee is to be held in the Park Hills Council Chambers on Friday, September 27, 2019, at 2:00 p.m.
We will begin planning for the 2020 Installation Banquet.
The Installation Banquet Committee Members are responsible for the following items:
- Recommending entertainment for the event
- Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
- Recommending a caterer for the event
- Recommending nominees for the annual awards
- Decorations for the event
- Recommending an emcee for the event
- Creating an agenda for the event
- Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
