A meeting of the Installation Banquet Planning Committee is to be held at Main Street Grill at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014.
We will discuss awards and decorations.
The Installation Banquet Committee Members are responsible for the following items:
- Recommending entertainment for the event
- Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
- Recommending a caterer for the event
- Recommending nominees for the annual awards
- Decorations for the event
- Recommending an emcee for the event
- Creating an agenda for the event
- Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
