A meeting of the Installation Banquet Planning Committee is to be held at Main Street Grill at 12:30 p.m. (Immediately Following the Ribbon Cutting) on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
At this meeting we begin planning for the 2015 Installation Banquet with the main focus on entertainment for the event.
The Installation Banquet Committee Members are responsible for the following items:
- Recommending entertainment for the event
- Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
- Recommending a caterer for the event
- Recommending nominees for the annual awards
- Decorations for the event
- Recommending an emcee for the event
- Creating an agenda for the event
- Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
