
The Firecracker Run Committee will meet at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, in the Park Hills Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive, for a post-event meeting.
This is another follow-up meeting to continue discussing improvements for next year's event.
The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:
- Determining & marking the courses
- Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
- Choosing a t-shirt design
- Ordering awards
- Promoting the event
- Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
- Other duties as needed
