Committee Meeting - Firecracker Run

The Firecracker Run Committee will meet immediately following the regular Chamber Board Meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Leadington City Hall.

This meeting is to determine the awards to be purchased.

The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:

• Determining & marking the courses
• Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
• Choosing a t-shirt design
• Ordering awards
• Promoting the event
• Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
• Other duties as needed
