The Planning Committee for the Annual Firecracker Run will meet immediately following the Chamber Board Meeting at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015.
The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:
- Determining & marking the courses
- Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
- Choosing a t-shirt design
- Ordering awards
- Promoting the event
- Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
- Other duties as needed
