The Downtown Park Hills Association will be hosting the area's very first Commercial Open House from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 16, 2016.
The goal of the event is, according to association members and City of Park Hills Mayor David Easter, promotion of the downtown area as a desirable place to establish a business.
The open house is an opportunity to showcase a few of the available buildings for sale or lease in the downtown Park Hills business district. The focus is to give interested established and/or new business owners the opportunity to talk with property owners, real estate agents, and financial investors about potentially locating or relocating their business in the downtown area.
