The St. Francois County Special Road District #2 Invites you to attend two Bridge Dedication Ceremonies in Park Hills, Missouri, on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.
At 10:00 a.m. we will be dedicating the St. Joe Drive Bridge near KFMO/B104 Radio Station In Memory of Mr. Gilbert L. Collins, Jr.
At 10:30 a.m. we will be dedicating the 7th Street Bridge Over Koen Creek In Memory of Mr. William Hoppe.
