17th Annual City Wide Yard Sale - NEW FOR 2021: TWO-DAY SALE

The 17th Annual Park Hills/Leadington City Wide Yard Sale is scheduled for BOTH Friday & Saturday, August 13 & 14, 2021!

THAT'S RIGHT!! This year, we have extended the sale! Participants now have their choice of hosting a 1-day OR 2-day sale!!

Park Hills residents MUST purchase a permit in order to sell.  Leadington residents are not required to purchase a permit to sell, however, to be included in the map and advertising opportunities, a special permit is required.

PERMIT PURCHASING DATES

• Purchase ONLINE: May 1, 2021, to August 8, 2021.
• Purchase IN PERSON From the CHAMBER OFFICE: July 26, 2021 - August 6, 2021.

PERMIT OPTIONS

• Basic Permit: Includes Seller's Permit and Address of Sale is Placed on a List.
  • ​​​One Day (Friday OR Saturday) $5.00*
  • Both Days (Friday & Saturday) $8.00*
• Premium Permit: Includes Seller's Permit, Address of Sale is Placed on a List, Address of Sale is Pinpointed on the Yard Sale Map, and Seller is Allowed to List 5 Sale Items on the Yard Sale Map.
  • One Day (Friday OR Saturday) $10.00*
  • Both Days (Friday & Saturday) $13.00*​​​​
• Business/Vendor Permit: Includes Seller's Permit, Address is Placed on a List, Address is Pinpointed on the Yard Sale Map, and Business or Organization is Allowed up to 400 Characters of Text on Yard Sale Map.

* Please Note! A $1.00 service fee is added to all ONLINE registrations!

RULES & GUIDELINES

• Permits MUST be purchased from the Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce either Online or at the Chamber Office - see purchasing dates below.
• City Wide Yard Sale Permits MAY NOT be purchased at either Park Hills or Leadington City Halls.
• This Yard Sale DOES NOT count toward the resident's annual yard sale limit in Park Hills.
• Permits will be sold ONLINE ONLY beginning on May 1, 2021.
• Permits will be available for purchase IN-PERSON from the Chamber Office beginning on July 26, 2021.
• All permits MUST be purchased by MIDNIGHT on August 8th in order to be included on the Map.
• Maps will be available for purchase at a cost of $2 each at various locations from August 11th - 14th.
