The program is not designed to provide all of the information needed to start a business, but rather to help you decide whether you are ready to take the next step towards becoming an entrepreneur.

Part 1 Speaker
Dr. Kathryn Young, Vice President, Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC.
Previously, Kathleen was a Marketing growth and productivity consultant. In that role, Kathleen was responsible for helping to increase financial advisor productivity and overall firm growth for First Clearing clients. Kathleen is an expert on behavioral research including the client preference model, as well as advisory, lending, Envision and other platform tools.
Kathleen brings more than 20 years experience as a liaison and advocate for financial advisors. Prior to this, she spent 17 years at A.G. Edwards, predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, most recently as a Vice President - Research.
Kathleen is on the adjunct faculty at a local college teaching business curriculum and is the recipient of the Missouri and Kansas Association of Private and Career Colleges Instructor of the Year award for 2011.
Kathleen has an MBA from Fontbonne College and a BS in Economics from Washington University. Kathleen also has a doctorate in management at Colorado Technical University and frequently speaks at educational seminars and conferences.
