You're invited to a Money Smart for Small Business class entitled "Planning for a Healthy Business" at the Arcadia Academy in Arcadia, Missouri on Tuesday, July 25, 2017,
Money Smart curriculum was developed jointly by the FDIC and SBA for new and aspiring entrepreneurs on the basics to organizing and managing a business. In addition to grounding participants in the basics, the curriculum serves as a foundation for more advanced training and technical assistance.This series is geared for persons with little or no formal business training. The class is in Arcadia but is open to anyone.
In this module, we will cover the 4 Step Planning Model:
- Back of the Napkin Plan: GO or NO GO
- Resource Plan: What do I need to GO?
- Business Plan: How will I finance my business?
- Action Plan: How will I manage a healthy business?
