Join us at Slauterhouse Craft Parlour for our third, "Slauterhouse Supports Night", our new philanthropic endeavor. It's our way of giving back to the community we serve -- drink beer, be with friends, and raise money for people we love!
Join us on Thursday, July 21 as we help raise funds for Shared Blessings, a not-for-profit organization that helps the homeless in our community.
Not only does Shared Blessings offer temporary housing, but they also educate individuals on how to become, stay or return to self-sufficiency. This amazing organization offers food, clothing, and necessities for residents ranging in age from pregnant mothers and their newborns to 82 years old.
Following a phone application, a typical assessment is completed within two hours followed by an admittance that is coordinated with volunteers who handle the process.
Additional support is needed by way of volunteers who are willing to teach health and life skills, based on the needs of those living within the walls of the organization at the time. Shared Blessings is located at 518 Grove Street in Bonne Terre. 10% of the proceeds raised from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm will benefit Shared Blessings so please plan on attending and invite your friends!!
