Committee Meeting - Firecracker Run - Post Event Meeting
The Firecracker Run Committee will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, in the Park Hills Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive, for a post-event meeting.
This is the follow-up meeting to discuss any improvements or recommended additions to next year's event while things are still fresh in our minds.
The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:
- Determining & marking the courses
- Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
- Choosing a t-shirt design
- Ordering awards
- Promoting the event
- Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
- Other duties as needed
