Centerstone Farmington, formerly Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health, is part of Centerstone, a nonprofit health system specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Centerstone offers compassionate, individualized care designed to help people improve their well-being, strengthen relationships, overcome addiction, and build healthier lives.

Centerstone operates two primary treatment locations in Farmington. The Aquinas location on Highway 32 provides residential addiction treatment and medication-assisted treatment. The Weber Road outpatient clinic provides outpatient substance use services, treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and medication-assisted treatment.

Medication-assisted treatment, commonly called MAT, combines approved medications with counseling and behavioral support to help individuals manage substance use disorders and work toward lasting recovery. Outpatient services allow clients to receive treatment while continuing to live at home and maintain their work, educational, and family responsibilities. Residential services provide a more structured and supportive treatment environment for individuals requiring a higher level of care.
