May Investor Connect: Mental Health in the Workplace

The Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce invites Chamber Investors and community members to join us for the May Investor Connect meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Noon at the Cardinal Center inside the MAC Tech Building.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this month’s featured presentation will focus on the impact of mental health in the workplace and the important role business leaders play in recognizing and responding to concerns before they escalate.

Our guest speaker, Dr. Angela Webb of McIntyre Psychological Services, will present a timely and insightful discussion on how untreated mental health concerns can affect workplace culture, employee performance, and conflict and, in some cases, contribute to workplace violence risk factors.

Business owners, managers, supervisors, and team leaders will learn how to:

• Recognize early indicators of mental health concerns
• Understand how mental health issues may present in workplace behavior and performance
• Respond appropriately in ways that protect both employees and business operations
• Promote healthier and more productive workplace environments

Dr. Angela Webb is a licensed clinical forensic psychologist and business owner leading McIntyre Psychological Services, Webb Psychological Assessments, and MPS Therapy Group, serving multiple states including Missouri, Illinois, Virginia, Florida, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Vermont.

She specializes in forensic evaluation including competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, malingering detection, violence risk assessment, and mental health disability determinations, with extensive expertise in sex offender assessment and treatment for juveniles and adults.

As a business owner, Dr. Webb is known for building and leading high-performing mental health teams, developing structured clinical systems, and training clinicians to deliver consistent, evidence-based care. She also collaborates with courts, attorneys, and correctional systems on legal decision-making, sentencing, and reentry planning, while serving as a clinical supervisor and advisor to Central Methodist University.

Lunch will be catered by Riverside Grill and will include:

• Roasted Potatoes
• Green Beans
• Bread
• Tea, Lemonade, and Water

Lunch cost is $12 per person.
