Investor Meeting - November 15, 2022

Please join us for the November Investor Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at The White Magnolia Banquet Hall in Leadington!

St. Francois County Rotary is bringing a unique experience to our community. Addiction is Real is a St. Louis-based organization that offers a program called "Hidden in Plain View" for parents who may suspect their child is involved with substance use. Signs of drug and alcohol use are often in plain view but go unnoticed. The goal is to educate the parents using this interactive bedroom with seemingly innocent items commonly used to take part in or conceal risky behavior. The Rotary club has brought this experience to the community for a better understanding of what may be happening in their homes. Their hope is that this interactive trailer will be used throughout the community to educate families and help reduce the risk of substance use in our county.

Since 1989, Central Methodist University has partnered with Mineral Area College to bring courses and degree programs, including the Master of Education degree, to the Park Hills region.

**IMPORTANT - LUNCH POLICY**

• Lunch must be purchased in advance.
• Reservations are REQUIRED BY NOON FRIDAY BEFORE MEETING
• For catering purposes, NO LATE LUNCH RESERVATIONS will be accepted.
• Investors may request to be invoiced, however, payment will still be expected for any invoiced reservations that are not canceled by FRIDAY, BEFORE MEETING.
• Payment is expected AT REGISTRATION TIME for all NON-Chamber Investors.

If your schedule changes last minute and you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a guest to attend in your absence.  A reservation count, including yours, is sent to the caterer at 12 NOON the Friday before the event, therefore, payment is required.

Monthly investor meetings provide Chamber investors with a variety of information through guest speakers.  Topics range from small business information to governmental issues and assistance to community interests.  Monthly meetings keep investors abreast of current chamber happenings and provide an excellent networking opportunity.
