Central R-III School District serves students and families throughout the Park Hills area by providing a supportive learning environment focused on academic achievement, personal growth, and responsible citizenship.

The district includes Central Elementary, West Elementary, Central Middle School, Central High School, an Alternative School, Early Childhood Special Education, and Parents as Teachers. Students have access to rigorous academic instruction, technology, tutoring, extracurricular activities, athletics, and programs designed to meet a variety of educational needs.

Central R-III encourages students to become lifelong learners prepared to succeed in an ever-changing society. The district is regionally recognized for academic achievement and offers students opportunities that extend beyond the traditional classroom. Through a partnership with Mineral Area College, qualifying Central High School students may even earn an Associate of Arts degree before graduating from high school.

Central R-III also takes pride in its facilities, dedicated faculty and staff, successful athletic programs, and strong connection with families and the surrounding community. From early childhood services through high school graduation, the district works to help every student reach their full potential.
