Shared Work — Retain Employees While You Scale Your Business
The Shared Work Unemployment Compensation Program gives employers the flexibility to scale up or scale down their workforce during uncertain times while holding onto valuable employees.
The program allows an employer to divide the available work among a specified group of affected employees to avoid a layoff or to gradually bring your employees back to work. Employees receive a portion of their unemployment benefits while working reduced hours.
Watch the video above to learn more about the program and how it can help your business.
