Insulation & Fireplace Salesperson
We are looking to add a motivated sales specialist to our team at Ozark's Modern Insulation & Leadbelt Stove and Fireplace. With being able to offer and sell many different products and services, this position will have high sales and earning potential. The compensation structure for this position will be a base salary, plus commission, paid on a weekly basis.
As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our insulation and fireplace products to residential and commercial customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with current customers
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure that customer needs are met
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the insulation and/or fireplace industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Familiarity with construction and building codes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Safety:
- Drive a car and lift light to moderate weight
