University of Missouri Extension will host two free virtual sessions of ?The Brain and the Disease of Addiction? on December 3 and December 10. Led by Community Health Specialist Emily Poncher, this 45-minute Zoom training covers how substances affect the brain, risk factors for addiction, and how recovery is possible. Open to the public at no cost with advance registration.
