Committee Meeting - Installation Banquet
A meeting of the Installation Banquet Planning Committee is to be held at The Coffee Grill, in Park Hills, at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2016.
We will begin discussing plans for the upcoming Installation Banquet.
The Installation Banquet Committee Members are responsible for the following items:
- Recommending entertainment for the event
- Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
- Recommending a caterer for the event
- Recommending nominees for the annual awards
- Decorations for the event
- Recommending an emcee for the event
- Creating an agenda for the event
- Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
