He has served as Chair of several SCORE committees\, is currently on its Board of Directors and is a regular presenter at business plan seminars and workshops. He also continues to offer advice and guidance to start-ups and existing small businesses. \n\n\n\nRobert Gatesh: Bob is an Investment Advisor Representative and a Registered Representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors.  As an active volunteer with SCORE\, Bob has been able to bring over 50 years of business experience to help others avoid or minimize the challenges that face startup businesses. Bob was a Division Vice President with a top five retail optical company and heavily involved with strategic planning\, business development\, budget and P&L responsibility for over 200 retail locations\, developing and opening new locations\, mergers and acquisitions and with hire/fire responsibility for over 600 employees across the country.
