DESCRIPTION:A Golf Tournament to benefit the Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council to be held at Crown Pointe Golf Course on Friday\, July 14\, 2017.  Tee Off Time is 12:30 p.m.  Lunch will be available prior to tee-off.\n\n\n\nFunds from the tournament will assist the SEMO FVC in continuing to provide shelter & services to victims of domestic & sexual violence in our communities.\n\n\n\nTeam Fees - $250:  Green fees\, golf cart\, refreshments on the course\, dinner & raffle for four players. Qualifies for the MO Tax Credit Program.\n\n\n\nHole Sponsorship - $100:  A sign at the tee box identifying your business name or logo for the entirety of the tournament.  Recognition on all event coverage and Qualifies for the MO Tax Credit Program.\n\n\n\nPre-Registration Requested By August 20\, 2014\n\n\n\n**50% Missouri Tax Credit Program:  Contributions & fees may qualify for a 50% Missouri Tax Credit.  Applications for tax credit will be provided upon receipt of payment.  Domestic Violence Tax Credit.\n\n\n\nThe SEMO Family Violence Council:\n\n	Provides shelter to over 500 women and children annually.\n	Answers over 800 crisis calls annually.\n	Provides outreach services to over 200 families yearly.\n	Facilitates weekly support groups\, parenting classes\, life skill classes and children's activities.\n	Provides prevention education in the community.
