Tickets are available at the MAC Bookstore or at the door on the night of the performances\, and are $7 general admission\, or $3 for MAC students and senior citizens.\n\n \n\nThe 1980s-era\, Broadway hit "Little Shop" was actually taken from the 1959 movie of the same name. In it\, poor\, downtrodden florist Seymour pines after the beautiful Audrey in their poor section of town. When Seymour happens upon a strange plant following a total eclipse of the sun\, he takes it back to his shop\, eventually and accidentally discovering that it thrives on .human blood. By this time\, Seymour's gained quite a bit of notoriety for his rare specimen. Eventually\, the plant\, which Seymour has named Audrey II\, tells his caretaker he can continue to provide the fame and fortune Seymour's enjoying\, as long as Seymour continues to "feeeeeed" him.
