DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the November Investor Meeting on Tuesday\, November 15\, 2016\, at\, 12:00 p.m. at The Coffee Grill\, located at 3413 Rosener Road in Park Hills.\n\nOur featured speaker for November is Corporal Juston Wheetley. \n\nWant to know how the new Conceal & Carry laws affect you and your business? Be at the November Investor Meeting to find out! Corporal Wheetley will be offering an open forum to discuss and answer questions about these newly enacted laws. \n\n\n\nHe will also be informing us about some new street drugs that have become a local problem\, telling us how to identify signs of drug abuse in business\, and giving us information on what to do if we suspect drug abuse at the workplace.\n\n\n\n \n\nAbout the Our Guest:\n\n\nCorporal Juston Wheetley is one of two Public Information and Education Officers stationed at Troop C in Weldon Spring\, MO and is responsible for 11 counties. Corporal Wheetley has been in Law Enforcement for over 17 years. Before joining the Highway Patrol he worked as a Deputy Sheriff in Stoddard County and a Police Officer for the City of Advance\, Missouri. \n\n\n\nWheetley joined the Missouri Highway Patrol in 2004 and was stationed in St. Francois and Washington Counties in the southern portion of Troop C. Corporal Wheetley spent eight years as a road officer\, before transferring to the Public Information and Education Division where he is currently stationed. \n\n\n\nCorporal Wheetley is also a certified P.O.S.T Instructor (Police Officer Standard Training) and instructs at the Mineral Area College in Park Hills\, MO. Some of his other qualifications include Martial Artist and Defensive Tactics Instructor\, advanced training in Interview and Interrogation/Verbal and Nonverbal Communication\, Domestic and International Terrorism\, Advanced Impaired Driver Enforcement\, and other advanced training. \n\n \n \nRESERVATIONS REQUESTED!\n\n\n\n\nLunch to be Catered by The Coffee Grill And will be $10.00 per person. Reservations will still be required.\n\n\n\n\n\nOur November Business Spotlight is on Heart & Soul Hospice!\n\n \n\nMonthly investor meetings provide Chamber investors with a variety of information through guest speakers. Topics range from small business information to governmental issues and assistance to community interests. Monthly meetings keep investors abreast of current chamber happenings and provide an excellent networking opportunity.
