DESCRIPTION:A meeting of the Event Planning & Fundraising Committee is to be held in the Conference Room at KREI/KTJJ Radio at 2:00 p.m. on Monday\, November 23\, 2015.\n\n\n\nAll event Chairpersons are asked to bring reports for each of their events.  The committee will be reviewing all Chamber Events to determine if we should continue to host each event in 2016.\n\n\n\nThe Event Planning & Fundraising Committee Members are responsible for the following items:\nGoals/Responsibilities:\n\n\n	Recruits non-board members to serve as committee members\n	Plans the annual events calendar for the Chamber\n	Creates subcommittees for each business event\, fundraising event\, and entertainment event\n	To continually analyze current activities/fundraisers to ensure they benefit the Chamber and the investors\n	Recommends new activities\, fundraisers and events
