SUMMARY:Coffee With A Doc - The Smells & Scents of the Holidays
DESCRIPTION:The Smells & Scents of the Holidays: A Venture Into Non-Allergic Rhinitis\n\n\n\nThe holiday season is right around the corner! From November to January\, we are surrounded by the sights\, sounds . . . and smells of the holidays! At home around the Christmas tree or holiday table\, to friends' homes\, to the mall\, we are all inundated with unusual smells. Foods\, candles\, incense and the fragrance lady spritzing samples while you shop can send your allergies into chaos.\n\n\n\nDr. Kevin Boatright\, Allergist\, will be our guest speaker this month. Dr. Boatright knows firsthand the effect certain smells have on asthma and allergies. Join us for Coffee With a Doc\, to learn more. The event is free of charge\, and Parkland Health Center will buy the coffee! No reservation required.\n\n\n\nBorn and raised in Farmington\, Dr. Boatright has been practicing medicine for 30 years. He started out in Family Medicine in 1984. After completing a fellowship in allergy in 1992\, Dr. Boatright became and remains the only allergy specialist in our area.\n\n\n\nDr. Boatright sees patients at the Medical Arts Allergy Clinic at 301 North Washington Street in Farmington.
