Each of the t-shirts were made by a woman or child living in the shelter. They were asked to draw or write something explaining how being abused made them feel on one side and then to draw or write something on the opposite side which signifies how their life has changed since leaving the violence. It's truly a very moving display.\n\n\n\nWe will also be unmasking the Face of Domestic Violence Exhibit.\n\n\n\nThere free hotdogs\, chips and soda for those in attendance. Purple ribbons and other awareness items will be available for donations of $1.
