No Professional Chefs Allowed!\n\nMaximum of 20 Contestants Allowed!\n\nMust Register by September 7\, 2018\n\n \n\nCATEGORIES:\n\nThere will be 3 categories. Pork Steak\, Chicken\, & Pit Boss (Overall).  You must participate in both the pork steak and chicken category in order to qualify for the Pit Boss prize.\n\nThe competition will be for local\, "backyard" barbecuers only\, no professionals will be allowed to participate.
