\n\n Age Groups: \;Under 8\, 8-10\, 11-13\, 14-16\, 17-19\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60 &\; Up. \;
\n\n Awards: \;Awards to top overall male and female and top three male/female per category in 1-Mile and 5K Runs. \;All finishing 1-Mile &\; 5K Walkers will receive participation ribbons.
\n\n The Course: \;The race will begin and end at Central High School. \; Check with the Chamber closer to the run date for specific course details. \;Miles will be marked. \;
\n\n Official Timing: 1-Mile &\; 5K Runners will be timed by the Cape Road Runners. 1-Mile &\; 5K WALKERS will NOT be timed.
\n\n Shirts: \;Commemorative shirt to the first 100 entrants. \; Sizes based on availability.
\n\n Early Registration: \;Registration fee if paid by June 28th - Individual $15.00\, Family $35.00. \;
\n\n Race Day Fees: \;Registration fee if paid on Race Day - $18.00 for each runner/walker.
\n\n Family Discounts: not available on Race Day.
\n\n Registration/ Check In: begins at 7:00 a.m. on race day.
\n\n The 1-Mile Run &\; 1-Mile Walk begins at 8:00 a.m. \;The 5K Walk will begin following the will begin following the start of the 1-Mile race. \; The 5K Run will begin following the conclusion of the 1-Mile Run.
